Aminet at Sunsite UK - This is a huge collection of mods from the Aminet Amiga archive. I guess most mods are here, but it's difficult to find good ones amongst the poor ones. It can also be accessed through a nicer front-end. At the original Aminet, there's also a jungle mods index.
Mod Archive - This is a large collection of mods, not as big as Aminet, but still pretty large. Most of the mods are quite good, and I think there is a rating system. It's well designed too.
Prodigy Music Site I / Prodigy Music Site II - These sites have many of their songs in MPEG Layer III format.

Module & Sampled Music Players

Winamp - This is the definitive MPEG Layer I, II, III, module and other sound format player for 32-bit Windows. It has a nice user interface, good playlist facilities and is being developed constantly. It's so good I actually paid money for it ($15!).
Maplay for Win32 - Maplay is a freeware MPEG Layer I, II and III player for Windows '95 & later. It supports playlists and has quite a nice interface. It's available in versions for 486's or Pentiums. It seemed a bit unstable when I tried it, but it's probably improved since then.

Module Trackers

These are programs that can be used to write mods. My preferred tracker until recently was Scream Tracker 3, but now I've moved over to Fasttracker 2. None of the trackers that I've used are particularly user-friendly, but they work.
